MPKS Annual 2020 Garden & Pond Tour

July 18^th – 19^th   and  July 25^th – 26^th   

The Midwest Pond & Koi Society invites you to visit our member’s gardens and ponds. This year is our 30^th year of MPKS members opening their backyards to the public. The dates are July 18^th, 19^th, 25^th, and 26^th. The hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on each of the 4 days.

The Garden and Pond Tour is divided into regions to help minimize the travel time and increase your enjoyment of leisurely visiting the gardens and ponds. The Tour is self-guided, so you may pick and choose to visit one or all of the many beautiful gardens and ponds listed.

The four regions are:

• Saturday        July 18^th     South
• Sunday          July 19^th       North / Northwest
• Saturday        July 25^th      Central
• Sunday          July 26^th      Southwest / West

For each region, there is a map(s) indicating all the participants in the region. Following the region map(s) is a descriptive narrative of each garden and pond. This includes the address and a description of the garden and pond, along with directions on how to get to the address.

The garden and pond tour maps are available for purchase at the vendors listed on the MPKS website. The cost is $15.00 per family and allows you to tour all four days.

Saturday, July 18 South – Clarendon Hills, Western Springs, Evergreen Park, Dolton, Orland Park, Shorewood, Willowbrook, Chesterton IN, Schererville IN.

Sunday, July 19 North/Northwest –  Waukegan, Winnetka, Chicago, Glenview, Kildeer, Arlington Heights, Prospect Heights, Roselle, Carol Stream, Streamwood.

Saturday, July 25 Central – Lombard, River Forest, Riverside, North Riverside, Brookfield.

Sunday, July 26 Southwest/West – Lisle, Downers Grove, Wheaton, Bolingbrook, Naperville, Elburn, Batavia.
